  • Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, delivery times vary based on your location. Expect delivery within 3-7 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times may vary.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer affordable shipping rates for all orders. Returning customers enjoy a 10% discount on shipping costs, as a token of our appreciation for your continued support.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 
    Sellers are not responsible for delays due to customs.

3. Packaging

  • Eco-Friendly Materials: We use professional record mailers made from 100% recycled cardboard, printed with plant-based ink. This not only helps reduce our environmental impact but also supports local businesses.
  • Secure Packaging: Your vinyl will be securely packed to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey.

5. International Shipping

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, please be aware that you may be responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. These fees are determined by your country’s regulations and are not included in the shipping cost.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Policy: We strive to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order or if your vinyl arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange. The item must be returned in its original condition.
