Issued in a die-cut Tommy Boy company sleeve. An orange sticker with artist, title and remix info was on the outer shrink wrap. The center labels on this edition are exactly as pictured, and are blue, not green. The track titles are in boldface. The durations are all correct, but the titles of tracks B1 and B2 are mistakenly swapped; the correct titles are shown in the tracklist here. The arc of the "Distributed by" text at the bottom of the labels is not parallel to the edge. The writing credits under each track are for P. Schwitters only (no M. Konar), and the publishing credit includes Little Dexter Music.
