1983 US first issue 10-track LP, housed in the limited edition picture sleeve with six peel-off stickers intact [later issues only had three], with illustrated inner & 'Beggars Banquet' subscription form. Remainder of runouts are etched, "STERLING" stamped.

Issued with custom-printed inner sleeve with credits and additional artwork (© 1980 Shozo Otawa) with a promotional "Subscribe To" fan club flyer.
